Peer Support

Going through a complaint can feel isolating. Several people in our group have experience of the process and are willing to offer informal support to others.

This support can include:

Helping you understand the official stages
Sharing what to expect
Practical tips on keeping records and writing clear complaints
A listening ear from someone who has been through something similar

What this support is not

We are not solicitors, we do not give legal advice, and we cannot act as formal advocates or representatives. Support is offered on an informal, peer-to-peer basis only.
